How Matcha Tea Can Help You

It’s well known to all of my readers that I am a bit of a nutrition nutcase. It may also be known that I travel in the circles of many other nutrition nutcases, and that we often share information and tips.

And so it happened that the other day, my friend Graham sat down across from me at his living room coffee table with a mug of non-descript green liquid in his hand. Naturally, I was very curious, but he didn’t need any prompting to start educating me about the cup’s contents.

Apparently, it was something called matcha – a Japanese variety of uber-tea, with a huge listing of health benefits to it’s name. Now, I may be a nutrition nutcase, but I am also a bit of a skeptic when it comes to the latest trends in the nutrition world. Graham put me onto this Matcha Green Tea site that he found through stumble-upon, and I must say that initially I’ve been very impressed, and I’m starting to take it much more seriously now.
